September Meal Prep Party (Fiber Focus!)

Fiber has a whirlwind of benefits - specifically for gut health, satiety, fullness, and regular bowel movements.

And - there are so many ways to BRING more fiber into your day with ease.

Join me for a Prep PARTY where together we will set you up for the week with a delicious assortment of mix-and-match meal components including: roasted vegetables, lentil & quinoa salad, date-tahini-chocolate bites, turkey basil meatballs, and balsamic dijon roasted chicken breasts - all while having fun in the kitchen.

What’s on the Menu?

  • Roasted Vegetables (for use in my Roasted Veggie Pasta dish or warm salads or side dishes throughout the week)

  • Lentil & Cucumber Balsamic Chopped Salad (with Quinoa)

  • Chocolate Tahini Dates

  • Turkey Basil Meatballs

  • Basic Balsamic Dijon Roasted Chicken

**Options for substitutions are available. Simply email me your dietary restrictions and I will suggest an alternative option for you to prepare (please note there is no vegetarian substitution for the turkey meatballs, however I can suggest different vegetarian protein recipes that would pair well with the Lentil Salad and Roasted Vegetables)

Through the Week, You’ll Then Have….

  • 2 servings of Roasted Vegetables to use as a side dish OR to incorporate in a veggie-pasta dinner

  • 4 servings of Lentil & Cucumber Balsamic Chopped Salad to serve as a main course for lunch or dinner with a protein of your choice

  • 4 servings of Turkey Basil Meatballs to enjoy as a quick protein addition to lunches & dinners throughout the week (the flavours pair well with both the roasted vegetables in a pasta dish OR with the lentil salad)

  • 4 servings of Basic Balsamic Dijon Roasted Chicken to enjoy as a quick protein addition to lunches & dinners throughout the week (the flavours pair well with both the roasted vegetables in a pasta dish OR with the lentil salad)

  • 4 servings of Chocolate Tahini Dates to enjoy as a mid-day pick-me-up through your work week.
