Each recipe comes with a complete nutritional breakdown, modifications for common dietary needs, directions for storing leftovers, and adjustable yields so you can make the EXACT amount of servings you want to make (no food waste here)

We have a collection of meal plans so you can prep then sit-back-and-relax with nourishing meals throughout the week! Each meal plan comes with a shopping list, modifications for recipes, complete nutritional breakdown, and shopping/prep tips to make your week a BREEZE.
And, if you want a “crew” to meal prep with - we have that too! Once per month, we get together to prep a handful of recipes LIVE. Learn quick cooking hacks and create delicious meals - all while having fun in the kitchen.

REFLECT, JOURNAL, AND DISCOVER HOW TO BEST SUPPORT YOUR NEEDS WITH A PERSONAL LOGGING APP
Gain access to a separate private food logging app. You can choose to journal by: written/free form entry, individual ingredient logging (to view macro and micronutrients), or with pictures of your food. Track metrics that are important to you (ie: blood sugar, blood pressure, etc.), access my online collection of recipes from your phone, and view SAMPLE meal plans to use for inspiration on your journey.
