Hi, I’m Kenzie - the founder of Always Nourished.
The Always Nourished approach is shaped by three things: my background in culinary arts, my training in sports and exercise nutrition, and my personal journey recovering from an eating disorder as an athlete.
Through these experiences, I learned that nutrition shouldn’t feel restrictive, confusing, or overwhelming. It should help you feel energized, capable, and nourished - both physically and mentally.
Since 2020, I’ve helped women around the world learn how to fuel their bodies with real food, build sustainable habits, and develop a healthier relationship with food.
Over 100 women & men across 8+ countries have used this approach to feel stronger, more energized, and more at ease with eating - without diets or complicated nutrition rules.
