Join me for a Prep PARTY where together we will set you up for the week with 2x mason jar salads, 1x overnight oat (or chia pudding) breakfast, and a delicious homemade hummus - all while having fun in the kitchen.

What’s on the Menu?

  • Greek Style Mason Jar Salad

  • Black Bean Burrito Mason Jar Salad

  • Homemade Hummus (Option to Make it a Sun-dried Tomato Hummus)

  • And, Banana Walnut Overnight Oats (Optional to Make this a Chia Pudding Instead)

Through the Week, You’ll Then Have….

  • 5 x lunches (mason jar salads )

  • 4 x breakfasts (for the remainder of the week)

  • And, a delicious plant-based fat dip (hummus) to serve with your favourite vegetables or crackers for a YUMMY snack!
