Join me for a Prep PARTY where together we will make 7 delicious meals in just 2.5 hours - all while having fun in the kitchen.

What’s on the menu?

  • Tomato cottage cheese and cashew soup (dairy-free option available)

  • Turkey and herb meatballs

  • Lemon chicken thighs

  • Egg muffins (dairy-free option available)

  • Homemade greek yogurt tzatziki (dairy-free option available)

  • Fresh quinoa edamame salad

  • Dark chocolate protein fudge!

Meals We’ll Make Together….

Breakfast…

  • Egg muffins with dark chocolate protein fudge dessert

  • Greek yogurt with berries and dark chocolate protein fudge

Lunch/Dinner…

  • Tomato cottage cheese cashew soup with meatballs

  • Meatballs with tzatziki and fresh quinoa salad

  • Chopped egg muffins with quinoa edamame salad

  • Quinoa edamame salad with lemon chicken thigh

  • Tomato soup with chicken thigh, tzatziki, (and pre-prepped salad mix)
