This meal-prep class is all about celebrating our favourite holiday flavours & having fun in the kitchen!

Join Coach & Trained Culinary Professional Kenzie Osborne to prepare: Sweet Chickpea Flour “Waffle Muffins”, Lamb (or Turkey) Kafta, Shredded Brussels Slaw with Lentils & Pumpkin Seeds, Chocolate Pistachio Protein Bites, and Beef, Cauliflower & Egg Salsa Bowl.

The holiday season is upon us - so, it’s time to support our health & treat our taste buds to some nutritious & delicious meals.

The Menu

  • Sweet Chickpea Flour “Waffle Muffins”

  • Lamb (or Turkey) Kafta

  • Shredded Brussels Slaw with Lentils & Pumpkin Seeds

  • Chocolate Pistachio Protein Bites

  • Beef, Cauliflower & Egg Salsa Breakfast Bowl

**Options for substitutions are available. Simply email me your dietary restrictions and I will suggest an alternative option for you to prepare (please note there is no vegetarian substitution for the Lamb or Turkey Kafta, however I can suggest different vegetarian protein recipes for you to prepare!)

Through the Week, You’ll Then Have….

  • About 12x Sweet Chickpea Flour “Waffle Muffins” for a mid-day pick me up (to pair with a cup of tea, apple cider, or homemade hot cocoa)

  • 8x servings of Lamb (or Turkey) Kafta to add to lunches for a versatile protein (these + tomato soup = a perfect comforting winter meal!)

  • 4x servings of Shredded Brussels Slaw with Lentils & Pumpkin Seeds for a delicious lunch salad or side dish (that also pairs quite well with the Kafta for a complete meal!)

  • 14x Chocolate Pistachio Protein Bites for a dessert, mid-day pick me up, or post-tobogganing treat!

  • And 4x Beef, Cauliflower & Egg Salsa Breakfast Bowls for a warm savoury start to your day (or breakfast-for-dinner meal!)
