Sweet or Savoury Almond Crepes
Nut-free: Can use chickpea flour or whole grain flour
Contains eggs (if you have an egg allergy, I am happy to send one of my favourite Greek Yogurt & Almond Flour sweet or savoury biscuits recipe!)
Protein per serving: 17 grams (+ additional with toppings of smoked salmon, greek yogurt, nut butters, etc.)
Miso Beef Lettuce Wraps
No beef: You can use any ground meat of your choice
Vegetarian: Use firm tofu OR tempeh

Dairy free: I am happy to send a very similar silken tofu breakfast pudding recipe as an alternative
Nut-free: This recipe contains almond butter, which can be replaced with sunflower seed butter OR melted dark chocolate (75% or greater cocoa content)

No turkey: You can use any ground meat of your choice
Vegetarian: Use firm tofu, an Impossible Burger, or (if you consume fish) seafood or cooked white fish (cod, haddock)
