Theme: How to Cook Beans (for a fiber boost & lil’ bit of protein)
Beans are such a great source of fiber - and a higher protein carbohydrate option (for clarity - beans are not a great source of protein compared to traditional proteins like poultry, meat, eggs, dairy, and soy - but, they ARE higher in protein than many other carbohydrate options).
Anywho - beans are incredibly versatile, making them a great addition to so many recipes. In this class, we'll learn how to use beans to make a creamy soup, a crispy salad topping, and a delicious dessert-for-breakfast meal!
