How We Support Our Clients

8 x 45-60-Minute Private Consults

In November, we will meet once-per-week for the first two weeks (week 1 and week 2) to ensure you are set-up and feeling fully supported. After our first two calls, you’ll feel more confident in your choices & we will meet bi-weekly to check in, conquer challenges, and celebrate successes (these “final two calls” will be in weeks 4 and 6.

In the new year, we’ll repeat the same process. We’ll kick-off January with two back-to-back calls (weeks 1 and 2) THEN follow up with two more bi-weekly calls to allow time for experimentation and hone-in on a sustainable nutrition strategy 100% customized to YOUR needs, YOUR goals, YOUR health, and YOUR preferences.

Weekday Message Access

During both 6-week programs, we will keep in touch between calls via a private messaging feature in your Food Journalling App. I respond Monday through Friday to help address challenges in-the-moment, provide recipes and resources as needed, and be there to support and celebrate your journey.

Food Journalling App

Through the duration of both 6 week programs, you will have access to your private Food Journalling App. The App is complete with my recipes, sample meal plans, daily food journalling, macro tracking (if you are curious), exercise logging, food & mood reflections, and more! The app is accessible by iPhone or Android or Computer Desktop.

Throughout the duration of both 6-week programs, I will provide feedback on your food logs once per week (if requested) as well as send out a weekly reflection form for you to fill out and consider.

Custom Recipes & Resources

Your program is 100% customized. As we have our one-on-one sessions, I take notes and determine whether or not resources and recipes would be helpful. After the session, you will receive any recipes or resources that I think would benefit your journey. These are in PDF format and can be saved to your computer and/or printed for long-term use and to return to later in your journey, as needed.

BONUS: Always Nourished Community Access

During your one-on-one program (November, December, January and February), you will have the OPTION to join our Always Nourished Community for FREE. You can access our Thursday night community calls for additional support, chime into our online forums & conversations, share your successes with a group of incredible members, jump into our monthly prep parties and listen-in on our monthly featured talks. Involvement in the community is entirely optional, and can be a nice bonus to accelerate your journey.

Your Investment

The cost of this program is $1000 USD + applicable taxes. There are payment plans available upon request - it is my goal to help you live better and be happier through food in a way that also feels financially comfortable.   • With a little scare due to a stomach issue and few visits to ER I was referred to Kenzie to help review and improve my diet. I knew I was missing vegetables and fruit; i needed help with sports performance as I felt low on energy during and after soccer games, and just generally needed guidance on how to incorporate what I needed into my existing lifestyle.
