The Always Nourished Nutrition programs are based on a lower-glycemic load way-of-eating (as in Dr David Ludwig’s Always Hungry? Solution) as well as relevant research in the field of nutrition. We focus on lower glycemic index load meals with a balance of protein, healthy fats, high fiber carbohydrates, and vegetables. (No good or bad foods here - just discovery, learning, and observing which foods serve YOU best).
